About our client:
This organisation operate within a successful manufacturing sector.
Description:
- You must have Standard Costing experience.
- Have the ability to implement process and review make vs Buy decisions.
- Evaluate Cost reduction proposals
- Assess the impact of cost movements in material process and exchange rates upon the business.
- Monitor Margins and alert management of significant variations from expected margin.
Profile:
- Part qualified CIMA or ACCA, working towards professional qualification
- Experience of working within a Finance Department within a large Manufacturing company
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an Advanced level, and Email systems
- Knowledge of Standard costing
- Knowledge of absorption costing and variance analysis
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and tenacious
- Good report writing skills
- Team player
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerate
