My client are a national manufacturing business with an established reputation in the East Midlands area.
Description:
The role will be a duel role focused mainly towards Human Resource administration but include some aspects of payroll. HR duties include handling new starters, the creation and delivery of contracts, conducting appraisals and involvement with training programmes. You will also support the HR manager with any ad hoc project requirements that may arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting payroll data into Microsoft Excel and preparing the data so that it can be submitted to my clients payroll bureau.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a human resource department and be up to date with best practise methods. They will have previously administrated payroll data. Excellent communication and organisational skills are vital for the role combined with a flexible approach to work.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
My client are looking to offer the successful candidate a starting salary ranging between £17,000-£18,000.
