Client Data Management Associate

 

The temporary position is to support CDM functions across the team predominately in the area of Financial Planning Bonds. Additional tasks within Authentication and Retail may be required which will involve liaising with both internal and external clients, via telephone and email.

•  Maintaining current and accurate static data for all clients
• Liaising with both internal and external counterparts to confirm integrity of data
• To provide a high standard of customer service to both internal & external entities
• Investigating and resolving queries received from via email and telephone
• Escalate issues in accordance with local, GBM & Group policies
• Constantly participate in and help deliver changes to streamline functions and improve efficiency.
• As a member of this team, you will be required to ensure that the business area conducts its activity in accordance with all relevant RBS GBM policies.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory and statutory requirements and RBS GBM Compliance policies and procedures affecting the business area
• Ensure that failures and shortcomings in policies and procedures are reported.

 

• General knowledge of financial products
• Ability and confidence to work on own initiative
• Proven interpersonal skills
• A pleasant courteous telephone manner
• High accuracy level  of  keying  into systems

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
