About our client:
This thriving French Investment Bank is based in the heart of the City and looking to recruit a fluent French speaking PA who is able to start on a temp to perm basis with head count already signed off for the perm placement.
Description:
This is a Temp to Perm role for a French speaking Senior PA to support a Global Head. Based on the trading floor this is a fast paced and deadline driven role, duties will include:
complex diary management
Extensive travel, visas and itineraries
Screening calls and mail box management
Arranging meetings, preparing documents and action any points
booking meeting rooms and video conferences
PowerPoint and Excel
Liaising with key personnel in London and France
Profile:
The ideal candidate will need to be fluent in French and have previously worked as a PA supporting a senior person with knowledge of working within Investment Banking or Financial Services.
You will need to be immediately available and be a strong team player able to work closely with the team of PA's on the trading floor.
You will need to multi task, work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
You will need excellent written and oral English and French with strong computer skills and ability to use initiative.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
Temp to perm role pay £17 - £20ph and £38,000 - £42,000 dependant on skills.
