PA with Advanced Powerpoint

London West End/WC • Temporary - £15.00 per hour

Our client are a professional services firm based in stunning offices in an enviable London West End location close to Bond Street.

They are a rapidly growing company and are looking for a new PA to cope with their growing client base.

Description:

 We are looking for a PA with advanced PowerPoint.

The role will be to support two busy Directors. It will be a temp to perm role initially and we are looking for a PA with advanced PowerPoint skills in order to assist them with creating complex PowerPoint presentations which are used in new business pitches and client project presentations.

 

Other duties will include:

  • Diary management and travel organisation
  • Audio Typing
  • Managing expenses
  • Arranging client entertainment and events
  • Arranging meetings

 

Profile:

We are looking for an immediately available PA with a strong background supporting a Director level.

Essentially this role will suit a candidate who enjoys a busy, fast paced office environment and a role with lots of client contact.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
