An excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to develop and progress their career. This role will be reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager you will take responsibility for a team of 8 (circa) ledger clerks within a high volume processing environment. Key aspects for the role include coaching and developing direct reports, planning and prioritising their work loads, monitoring and implementing KPIs and working to tight deadlines.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working in an high volume financial/accounting environment - essential
- Strong leadership skills - essential
- Ledger (purchase/sales) supervisory experience - essential
