About our client:
Our client is a large blue chip organisation that has seen a massive growth over the last year, they are looking to employ several members of staff for their accounts team over the next year on a temp to perm basis.
Description:
The duties will include:
- Processing between 200 and 400 invoices per week
- Matching , batching and coding high volumes of invoices
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier statements
- Petty cash processing
- Processing expenses
- Data manipulation
Plus general ad hoc admin and accounting duties
Profile:
The ideal candidate will be immediately available or at a maximum of one weeks notice.
Previous practical experience in a stand alone purchase ledger role would be an advantage.
The ability to work well under pressure as there are strict deadlines to adhere to.
Previous working knowledge of SAP, Excel or Oracle would be advantageous
