The company have been in operation for over 20 years recognised as a leading firm within their industry sector.
Description:
- Approve Payments Made by Purchase Ledgers.
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead a small team.
- A high level of computer literacy is required.
- Ensure prompt payment to suppliers in accordance with individual contracts.
- Produce Support documentation to validate invoiced claims for payment.
- Liaise with in house contractors. Obtain approval for proposed payments. withhold any disputed payments, and follow up on these to ensure payments are made in a timely manner upon resolution.
- Administer Supplier payments in the agreed type and currency.
Profile:
A highly organised and confident individual with previous exposure to high volume transaction processing.
A sound understanding of Purchase Ledger.
Knowledge of control account reconciliations.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
