Finance and Admin Assistant - city of London

South West • Temporary - £10.00 per hour

 

About our client:

A large local government organisation based in the heart of South West London.

Description:

The duties will involve the following:

  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Inputting data into Access and Excel
  • Assisting the finance team with any ad-hoc duties that may arise such as filing invoices, answering suppliers queries

Profile:

We are looking for candidates who have worked in a similar role previously ideally within Public Sector/Local Government organisation.

Candidates must have good administrative skills and good excel skills.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
