Document Production Specialist

Duties will include:
- Inputting and amending large documents, working from precedents, copy typing new documents in house styles, transcription of digital dictation and scheduling of deeds
- Production of PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets and graphs
- Producing documents as per client’s instructions and layout, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Working to specific deadlines
- Taking minor amendments over the telephone
- Liaising with clients when unable to meet deadlines
- Coaching new members of the team to develop their skills
Who we're looking for
- Self-disciplined and a good time and task manager
- Good team worker and ability to help others at busy times
- Flexible and adaptable
- A high level of IT literacy (typing c. 60wpm)
- MOS qualifications would be an advantage
- Pride in the quality of work and the ability to proof read documents
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis
- An ability to build a good knowledge of the organisation, its departments, key personnel, clients, procedures and business practices
- Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic
- Quickly builds respect and trust
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
