Purchase Ledger Clerk

About our client:

A rapidly developing organisation located in Chesterfield.

Description:

Duties will include:
  • Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger on a timely & accurate basis
  • Complete payment runs ensuring suppliers receive on-time payments
  • Accounts Payable Month-End procedures
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Create monthly journals in accordance with agreed timetable
  • Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Segregation of Duties
  • General assistance with ad-hoc financial duties as agreed.
  • General Admin support (rota basis)

Profile:

The ideal Candidate will be immediately available to start work, have the ability to run a stand alone Purchase Ledger function.

Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
