My client is a market leading retail company based in South Manchester. Situated in brand new, state of the art offices, a friendly and professional environment awaits the successful applicant.

Description:

Reporting into the Assistant Financial Controller, this role will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Weekly cheque and BACS run
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Resolving queries with suppliers over the telephone, and via email
  • Ad-hoc accounts administration

Profile:

The successful candidate will have worked in an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger position and will comprehensively understand the Accounts Payable process.

Strong Excel skills, high attention to detail and an outgoing personality are essential!

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

The basic salary is between £15,000 + £17,000 + free parking and flexible working hours
