Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
Travel
  • Arranging flights and hotel bookings. Including liaising with travel companies and negotiating best travel plans available
  • Management of the traveller list form
  • Being the point of contact for company travel insurance and solving any issues that arise 
Meeting Arrangements
  • Allocation of meeting rooms
  • Arrangements for  lunch / refreshments during meetings and processing of invoices 
Reception Support
  • Cover reception as required
  • Provide support to reception from time to time 
Stationary Management
  • Stationary storage management
  • Any stationary required for meetings 
General Administration
  • Vendor, Invoice & order processing through internal systems (BTS)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good networking skills and abilities
  • Good organisational and administration skills & attributes
  • Multi-tasker
  • Ability to work on own initiative within parameters of the role
  • Completer finisher - able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer focused solution
  • Good judgement - able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
  • Able to solve business and customer related issues
  • Experience of working within a performance management environment – KPIs and Service Level Agreements

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

This is a 12 month contract, please only apply if you are available immediately and looking for a salary between £18,000 and £20,000 and have experience in booking/arranging extensive travel arrangements.
