Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging flights and hotel bookings. Including liaising with travel companies and negotiating best travel plans available
- Management of the traveller list form
- Being the point of contact for company travel insurance and solving any issues that arise
- Allocation of meeting rooms
- Arrangements for lunch / refreshments during meetings and processing of invoices
- Cover reception as required
- Provide support to reception from time to time
- Stationary storage management
- Any stationary required for meetings
- Vendor, Invoice & order processing through internal systems (BTS)
Profile:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good networking skills and abilities
- Good organisational and administration skills & attributes
- Multi-tasker
- Ability to work on own initiative within parameters of the role
- Completer finisher - able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer focused solution
- Good judgement - able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility
- Able to solve business and customer related issues
- Experience of working within a performance management environment – KPIs and Service Level Agreements
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
This is a 12 month contract, please only apply if you are available immediately and looking for a salary between £18,000 and £20,000 and have experience in booking/arranging extensive travel arrangements.
