My client are a reputable and market leading firm within the East Midlands area.
Description:
The role will be focused towards consumer collections. It will involve working within a targeted environment where much of the work will be completed by the use of telephone or email means.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have worked within a collections environment and hold an excellent telephone manner. My client are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and commercial person. This position would suit a graduate looking to gain valuable work experience in a large organisation with excellent career progression opportunities. My client would also be willing to view applicants who have worked in a customer facing sales environment aswell.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
A basic salary of £13,500 and the chance to join a large organisation with excellent career progression opportunities. This role does involve working 4 days during Monday to Friday and one day of each weekend. Working hours consist of 12.00pm -20.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00-18.00 at weekends.
