The Payroll Manager has overall responsibility for payroll provision. In more detail this role will involve:
- Strategic development and maintenance of a complex and challenging payroll system
- Creative thinking and leadership across the senior management team to drive enhancements and efficiencies of the systems in place.
- Liaison with HM Revenue & Customs
- Provision of management reports associated with payroll and benefits
- Management of a team based in Manchester
- Provision of leadership to the senior HR functions to address Payroll systems across a global platform
Profile:
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Payroll Manager who has previous experience of managing complex and challenging payroll systems. Your ability to influence on an international level will be key.
