Purchase Ledger Clerk

Coventry • Temporary - £9.00 per hour

 

About our client:

My client is a niche organisation and market leader within it's sector

Description:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will assist in the day to day running of the accounts payable. Daily duties include:

  • High volume invoice processing, up to 2000 a month
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Query resolution
  • Processing invoices and undertaking payment runs
  • Ad-hoc finance and administration duties

Profile:

As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

  • A track record within Purchase Ledger
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding systems skills

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

This opportunity is offered on a part time basis to suit the individual. Ideally you will be required to work 15 hours a week however days worked are flexible.

£9 p/hr + free parking + benefits. There is the opportunity to become a permanent employee after 3 months.
