Description:
The successful Payroll Manager will be expected to motivate, develop and coach team members to achieve high levels of operational performance
Profile:
The successful Payroll Manager will have;
- Significant experience of managing payroll teams in large organisations
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with very strong capabilities in influencing others
- Sound organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise
- Must be able to deliver to tight time scales and be able to work under pressure
- Strong commercial awareness, understanding of business needs and evidence of customer relationship management
- Previous experience of best-in-class tools, e.g. Lean, Sigma, etc
- Previous experience of managing change
- Evidence of coaching ability
- Data Analysis skills with the capability to interpret, recognize trends and diagnose root causes
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
