About our client:
My Client is a large professional services organisation, based in Manchester. Located in the heart of the city centre, the offices are close to all public transport links, and surrounded by an array of trendy bars, restaurants and shops.
Description:
The role involves the collection of consumer debts, in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. The successful candidates will be working shifts patterns of 8 hours, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work 9-1pm every other Saturday, with time in lieu offered during the following week.
Profile:
Candidates must have:
- consumer collections background
- strong communication skills
- a proven track record of success in debt collection
- Strong team skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self motivation and drive
- the ability to work to targets, in a fast-paced environment
