Market Leader in their field, a well known brand who are [resenting someone with a fantastic interim opportunity. Maintained a stable and successful business throughout 2009 and now looking to rapidly expand stores throughout the country.
Description:
You will supervise the Payroll function for this 6000 employee business. You will also have a team of 4 Payroll Clerks to support you and a Manager to provided you with a focus and direction.
You will supervise the processing of a weekly payroll for the 270 employees. This will entail the following:
- Providing the support to the Payroll Manager with maintenance and upkeep of all data on the payroll systems used
- Help mentor and motivate team members in balancing the payroll
- Support the Manager in providing training as and when required
- Year End Reconciliations
- P11Ds
- Ensure that company procedures and systems are adhered to at all times
Profile:
We are looking for a highly experienced Payroll Supervisor, this person must be able to hit the ground running in terms of supervising and the technicalities of the payroll.
You will have a confident and outgoing personality and the supervision experience to look after the payroll when the manager is absent.
This is an immediate start and our client will not accept any CVS off candidates who do not have the supervision skills within Payroll.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
