About our client:
A £75 million turnover business in the North, this business is relocating the accounts function to South Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join the business in a newly created position and really make an impact to the role.
Description:
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager and UK Payroll Manager the main duties will include supervising 3 payroll clerks, payroll reconciliations, consolidating payroll from other areas of the business and dealing with year end. You will also have a section of the payroll to process.
Profile:
The ideal candidate MUST possess the following:
- Exposure to working as a Payroll Supervisor managing atleast a team of 3 clerks
- Good working knowledge of manual calculations, statutory law, year end etc
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
