Description:
As the Purchase Ledger Manager or a growing team you will have full responsibility of the following duties;
- Managing a team of 9 Purchase Ledger clerks
- Setting KPI's for the team
- Logging, coding and posting of invoices
- Payment runs on a monthly basis via BAC's and cheque
- Processing staff expenses
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations
- Maintaining a close relationship with clients
- Maintaining supplier relations
- Providing guidelines for the AP team to work too
Profile:
The ideal candidates must have previous skills as a Purchase Ledger Manager including staff supervision. You must also have excellent systems skills including excel. Strong attention to detail is a must and a good team player.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
