Purchase Ledger Manager

About our client:

Large Commercial client with a strong brand name in the current market.

Description:

As the Purchase Ledger Manager or a growing team you will have full responsibility of the following duties;

  • Managing a team of 9 Purchase Ledger clerks
  • Setting KPI's for the team
  • Logging, coding and posting of invoices
  • Payment runs on a monthly basis via BAC's and cheque
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Maintaining a close relationship with clients
  • Maintaining supplier relations
  • Providing guidelines for the AP team to work too

 

Profile:

The ideal candidates must have previous skills as a Purchase Ledger Manager including staff supervision. You must also have excellent systems skills including excel. Strong attention to detail is a must and a good team player.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
