About our client:
The company is a US owned retail business with twenty stores in the UK and Europe.Description:
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, the role involves:
- Reviewing and processing expense invoices
- Setting invoices up for payment
- Preparing and processing wire transfers
- Reconciliation of payments
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Corresponding with suppliers and managers and responding to inquiries
- Assisting in month end closing
This is a solid Purchase Ledger role which will require someone who can multi task, deal with high volume queries and work well as a team.
Profile:
The only candidates who will be considered for this role must have the following:
- Purchase Ledger experience from a RETAIL business
- Experience of processing expenses
- You must have excellent COMMUNICATION skills
- You must have the ability to work within a HIGH VOLUME and FAST PACED environment
- Experience of freight invoices
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
