Based in Thirsk, York this business is part of a global group with a UK turnover of £40 million. You will work as a stand alone credit controller and report directly to the UK Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong credit controller to make an impact on the credit function.
Description:
Due to internal promotion a fantastic role has arisen to work in a stand alone credit control position. The main duties will include chasing debt via phone, letter and email from £200 - £150,000, reducing debtor days, setting new accounts up and credit checking, providing reports for group, liaising with the European credit controller.
Profile:
The ideal candidate:
- Must have exposure working as a stand alone credit controller
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of bringing debtor days down
- Driver and able to get to Thirsk (North Yorkshire)
- Ideally immediately available
