About our client:
The Client are a new start up Retail firm who specialise in high end luxury brands. They are based in the West End of London in very close proximity to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Oxford Street.
Description:
This is a role for a Customer Services Supervisor. The main outline for the position is below:
- Dealing with customer complaints and issues
- Making sure any issues are escalated in a timely manner and through the best course of action
- Updating the database
- Compiling reports in order to monitor efficiency between the Client and Customers
- Monitor customer quality and feedback
- Work towards KPI's
- Dealing with returns and deliveries
The position is a newly created role and needs someone who has worked in a Customer Services role previously at Team Leader or Supervisory level. It is vital that to be considered for this role that you have had responsibility previously and are confident in being able to work at a senior level with customers and clients.
Profile:
I am looking for someone who has worked most recently as a Customer Services Supervisor or Team Leader position. You must display the following as a candidate to be considered for the position:
- Articulate with strong written and verbal skills
- High attention to detail at all times
- Able to multi task a high number of projects
- Very organised and able to prioritise
- Be confident in reporting and analysing data
- MUST HAVE WORKED WITHIN CUSTOMER SERVICES
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
