Description:
- Receiving & scanning invoices
- Matching invoices to PO
- Routing invoices for approval & coding
- Entering invoices in Oracle
- Preparing invoices for payment runs
- Filing invoices
- Vendor account reconciliations
Profile:
To succeed and thrive in this environment you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude; be able to create, communicate and adapt new processes while building and managing a team. Initially you will be expected to get involved in hands on day to day cash allocations, billings and query resolution.You will be a fluent German speaker, ideally have used Oracle and have experience working in a similar role within a Shared Service Centre or European environment.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
