About our client:

A global law firm with international presence are looking for an Administrator to join a new team being set up in Leeds City Centre.

Description:

Working directly with the Finance team and providing support to the shared service team based in Leeds. The main duties will include answering phones, dealing with post, meeting and greeting visitors, ordering stationary, working with suppliers, co-ordinating travel and meetings and any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Profile:

The ideal candidate MUST possess the following to be considered for the role:

  • Exposure working as an administrator within the legal or professional sector
  • Competent user of Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and presentable in person

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
