Description:
Daily duties will include:
- Raising manual invoices
- Investigating error reports
- Uploading missing data such as pricing to direct the system to ensure corrective measures
- Using data from error reports to investigate the cause of transaction errors
- Investigating and resolving issues to prevent miscellaneous despatches being invoiced
- Co-ordinating the billing team audit trail review
- Acting as the key contact for internal audit, external audit and SOX related queries
- Resolving customer queries
- Ad-hoc finance duties
Profile:
As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail with requirement for consistent accuracy
- Ability to use initiative and apply a problem-solving mindset, taking effective and responsible decisions to investigate and resolve or escalate as appropriate
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy when completing repetitive tasks
- Willing to work flexibly with other team members to address changing demands on the team
- Ability to work fluently with a number of diverse computing applications
- Successful track record in transactional environment
- Finance or accounting experience an advantage
- Ability to provide direction to peers in completion of routine tasks
- Clear communicator
