About our client:
My client is a very respected employer in East Anglia and are well known for their retention of staff and stability in the manufacturing industry. This role will be based in their head office and will sit within their Finance team.
Description:
As part of the finance team based in the head office you will be responsible for:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Supervision of administration staff
- Reviewing systems and processes to enhance reporting efficiency
- Work closely with factory teams to support and drive factory financial performance to agreed budgets
- Financial control compliance
- Challenge factory activities and procedures.
This role will be to challenge the existing methods of processes & procedures and to use your experience to improve factory performance and enhancing finance efficiency.
Profile:
The successful candidate for this role MUST be from a Manufacturing background with proven ability to improve processes. You will also have:
- The ability to challenge & be challenged
- A hands on approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills and large ERP system knowledge
- CIMA/ ACCA part qualified/ finalist
- The ability to analyse and determine data and communicate it across all levels of the business.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
