Credit Controller

Reporting to the Debt Recovery and Credit Manager and working within a team of 8 you will have responsibility for a range of duties including:-

·           Responsible for personnel/corporate debt

·            Arranging payment plans

·            Allocating cheque payments

·            Maintaining and reducing the level of outstanding debt

·            Completing weekly debt report

·            Deputising team manager

 ·            Liaising both internal and external customers by e-mail, telephone and formal letters

•  Liaising with banks and credit card providers
•  Processing customers payments electronically
•  Reconciliation of transactions

To be considered for this role you will come from a credit control background with experience of either corporate or personal debt. You will enjoy dealing with customers via telephone and feel at ease in negotiating and dealing with issues.

You must be able to pick systems up quickly and have used MS Excel to at least intermediate level (formulae and pivots)

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
