My client based in Bury St Edmunds are a large and well established employer of choice. a recent acquisition has led to them hoping to add a Management Accountant to their professional team.
Description:
Due to a recent acquisition my client are hoping to attract a confident Management Accountant. Your role will be pivotal in the integration of the Accounting function from the recent acquisition in to the already established and successful set up in Bury St Edmunds. You will be required to assemble the month end accounts and working papers. You will also be required to carry out various projects as my client go through on going transition. You will be an essential point of contact for both organisations and an ability to report financial information to non-finance members of staff is essential for this role. A background in Management Accounting and a flexible approach are must-haves for this exciting new position.
Profile:
We are looking for an individual who can competently produce month end management accounts whilst carrying out various other projects. A flexible approach and a versatile ability are required. This is a newly created position which carries much importance therefore we seek a candidate who is at least part qualified (ACA,ACCA, CIMA) in their professional studies. You will also be looking to forge a career within one of the regions premier employers.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
