About our client:
Based in the Bury St Edmunds area of Suffolk my client are a large and well established business. Due to restructure my client are hoping to recruit a Credit Control Supervisor.
Description:
In this exciting but challenging Credit Control position my client require an individual where the key focus will be to manage the daily running of a team of 4 collections staff. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be expected to provide senior staff with relevant management information and to monitor KPI's. Using Credit Control knowledge gained within previous roles you will also be required to manage your own portfolio of key accounts.
Profile:
We require an individual with strong experience gained ideally within a fast paced Credit Control environment. Experience of successfully line managing and motivating a team would be preferred. Due to the content of this role we seek an individual who can naturally prioritise their workload. IT literate with strong interpersonal skills, you will relish a challenge and be focussed on results.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
