This role is the manage the Payroll and Pensions team ensuring that all the functions are planned and prioritised and that deadlines and performance targets are consistently met.
Duties will include:
- Managing the workload of the Payroll and Pensions team.
- Ensuring all queries from staff, managers and HR are resolved promptly and appropriately.
- Signing off the BACS after completing appropriate checks.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Reviewing and improving the Payroll and Pensions team's functions.
Profile:
To secure this contract role, you will need a thorough knowledge of all issues relating to payroll and pension administration, as well as recent experience of managing a payroll team.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
