About our client:
My client is a prestigious organisation within the property industry. Based in Birmingham City Centre, their Head Office is now recruiting for a Client Accountant to join their busy finance function on a Permanent basis
Description:
The role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of clients including a key client to the business
- Maintaining and updating property service charge year end and budget information on database
- Completing service charge year end accounts audits
- Regular reporting
- Service charge budget monitoring
- Liaising with other sections of the Property Management Accounts team Supervision of an Assistant Client Accountant
Profile:
The most successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- A proven track record of performing the role of a client accountant within the property industry
- The ability to work well in a busy finance team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A working knowledge of property accounting
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
