My client is a FTSE calibre organisation based in the Birmingham area. An international organisation, they are a market leader within their field and due to continued market share and growth, they are rapidly expanding.

This is an exciting time to join a busy and growing organisation. 

Description:

The role of Finance Administrator within this busy function is a newly created position, and requires an individual that is able to meet the fast paced and ever changing nature of the business.

The role is based around looking after the Senior Financial Management team and their varying workloads and diaries. Key duties involve;

  • Organising meetings
  • Organising travel
  • Managing meeting seating plans
  • Organisation charts
  • Posting information and updating the Intranet
  • Fielding phone calls and emails
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Coding expenses
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested

 

Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess exemplary communication and presentation skills.

You will need advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a high command of oral and written English.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

A salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 pa is available for the right candidate, plus a full benefits package.
