Due to continued market growth, this organisation are experiencing a period of change and are looking to adapt their processed to meet market demand. This is an exciting time to undertake the role of Accounts Payable Team leader, in a busy Accounts Payable function.
Description:
This role requires a high calibre individual with previous exposure to management within an Accounts Payable function. Previous exposure within an Accounts Payable, or Team Leader role is essential.
Day to day responsibilities include;
- Managing a team of up to 6 Accounts Payable Clerks
- Directly reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager
- Management of individual and team workloads
- KPI and ad hoc reporting
- Spreadsheet work
- The ability to improve and implement effective internal process
The role will require a high level of accounts payable knowledge in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
Profile:
As would be expected with a role of this nature, the ideal candidate will possess significant Accounts Payable and managerial knowledge. The role requires an individual who can adapt to a fast paced environment whilst still managing personal and team workloads.
The ability to motivate and manage a large team is essential. A proactive and tenacious approach is needed to meet the demands of this role.
