Please find a list of duties
- Following and ensuring the team adhere to the banks procedure's and policy's.
- Carrying out credit searches
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Guiding applicants through the application process.
- Making sure customer details are entered correctly
- Communicate effectively within the wider business
Profile:
Our client is looking for a candidate with a methodical and organised approach, who has a proven history as a Personal Banking Professional. Someone can demonstrate initiative and comply with the FSA guidelines is essential as well as someone who can work effectively in a team.
The ideal candidate will also be highly customer focused and be able to present a professional image to customers.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
