About our client:
My client are a very well renowned and key Cambridge employer. My client have a Global presence and due to a restructure, a Management Accountant is now required to work at a senior level, reporting in to the Financial Controller
Description:
Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, the Senior Management Accountant role will centre around:
- Group consolidation
- Month and Year end financial papers
- Assisting in preparing the annual budget and forecast
- Inter Company reconciliation
- Being a key point of contact for budget holders
- Project Accounting
Profile:
You will be able to demonstrate a working history gained at a similar level to this Senior Management Accountant position. My client would like to see applications from those who are at least CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified. You will be comfortable communicating at all levels both internally and externally. Most important is a familiarity with Group Accounting and a confidence in your consolidations ability. Fully IT literate with an advanced level usage of Excel, a knowledge of Cognos would be advantageous.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
