My client is a very well known brand in the UK with head quarters in Peterborough. They are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their established Finance team.
Description:
The Assistant Financial Accountant will be based in Peterborough and will be responsible for:
- 2 Reconciliations Clerks
- Inter-company Reconciliations
- Payroll and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets: Depreciation, Additions/ Disposals, Processing and Reporting
- Period End Reporting
Profile:
My client is looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant who has had exposure to a similar role with a solid all round accounts background to join their Finance team. The requirements are:
- Studying ACCA
- Goods in, Goods out and Stock Reconciliation
- Large company accounts exposure (above £100m Turnover ideally)
- Lots of Balance Sheet and inter-company reconciliations
- Someone who has had exposure to supervision or training staff.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
