Description:
You will come on board as a Partner in the firm with full day to day responsibility for delegating all work to the firm's staff for the portfolio you bring with you. You will also agree targets with the other Partners for the development of this portfolio.
Profile:
You will be a Partner in a firm of accountants with a portfolio of fees that can be managed from the West Kent area. You'll be progressive, open minded and competitive on a professional level wit excellent interpersonal skills. You may perhaps be working in a London based firm currently where you will be keen to balance you work and home lives better, which would be much more easily managed with this firm.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
Drawings or salary will depend entirely on the size of your portfolio and its profitability.
