Billings Operations Analyst

The key purposes of the role are -

• To manage the day to day billing operations team
• Own relationships with payment processing providers
• Ensure success of daily billing processes
• Manage billing and collections strategy and operations to optimise revenue collection
• Reconciliation of billing v collection for all payment types
• To support customer management operations
• Own and achieve billing and collections performance KPI's

We are looking for candidates with the following background -

• Previous experience within a billing and collections, arrears management or credit control environment
• Experience of negotiating and managing relationships with acquiring banks
• Experience of reducing hard declines by understanding and eliminating reasons
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills using tools such as Excel and Cognos
• Candidates must have experience within an analytical background
