About our client:
A prestigious bank with outstanding offices based in the City of London
Description:
An exciting PA with the following responsibilities:
- Full diary management to COO and Head of Finance with ad hoc diary management for Direct Reports where applicable and setting up large forums/meetings
- Administrative support to team to including travel, collation of information for reports, MI etc.
- Actively look to improve administration processes for department by reviewing processes within the department.
- Complete expense claims for COO and review submitted claims from the team for authorisation and ensure all overdue Expense claims are submitted as a matter of urgency
- Maintain and update regular meetings from COO’s calendar & associated room bookings.
- Book national and global travel on an ad hoc basis for team, including COO, to comply with group policies. Complete travel tracking spreadsheet and produce monthly reports.
- Stationery ordering for department to include new orders, stock control and cost control
- Actively work with the team to ensure the office environment is always compliant with health & safety regulations i.e. encourage the team to archive unwanted documentation etc.
Profile:
My client is looking for a PA with the following experience / skills:
- Working at Senior Level within Financial Services organisation
- Previous experience in an Admin function
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels
- Proactive approach with limited need for direction or supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage ever changing and often conflicting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Investment Banking Experience
Knowledge of Operations business
Experience of web site maintenance
Preferable experience in a similar working environment
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
