Corporate Receptionist

London City/EC • Temporary - £12.00 per hour

Our client is a busy and successful International Hedge Fund located in fantastic offices in the heart of the City of London. 

With the high profile client base that this company boasts it is essential that the front of house corporate receptionist works in such a way that the professional and first class image is maintained.This organisation takes a lot of pride in its reputation and seeks to employ like minded individuals.

Description:

This position is integral to the success of the organisation.  You will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients and will be responsible for providing a first class service to the business.Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • You will work on your own initiative to manage the meeting room suite and the diary that accompanies this.
  • You will meet and greet all incoming visitors and ensure that all facilities are arranged including refreshments and catering.
  • You will answer all phone calls with professionalism and haste

Profile:

This position requires the attention of a professional, career receptionist with a proven track record of working as a Front of House corporate receptionist in a professional and quality driven environment. You will be confident with working on your own initiative as well as alongside others and will be customer service driven and take pride in providing first class support.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
