As part of an integration programme to support this recent growth, two operating entities will be combining to deliver comprehensive services in Southern England. This is an exciting development for The Guinness Partnership and because of this programme, a number of opportunities have been created in our High Wycombe offices.
Description:
As part of an integration programme, this exciting new role has been created within the Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, this role will involve:
- Manage the staff within the team as appropriate and ensure a high quality revenue service is maintained.
- Be responsible for overseeing the revenue accounts and calculating the accurate bad debt provisions for rent and sundry debtors
- Contribute to the rent increase letter project team and take responsibility for all sample checking of letters
- Manage the central service provided on purchase cards administration
- Assist in project managing the integration and improvement of business processes as these are identified. Review and document processes and procedures. Monitor and measure costs of current and improved processes.
- Initiate and provide training to household management on central processes as and when these are developed
Profile:
Please only apply if you have the following experience:
- Management experience essential
- Experience in a similar position ideally in a housing association
- Excellent communication skills
- Oracle experience highly desirable
