Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be varied, challenging, pressurised but most of all.... rewarding. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients form local SME’s through to Blue Chip Giants. The only thing that will stay the same is the superb quality of service each client receives.
You will be expected to produce a high level of commercial activity, developing business through building relationships with your clients and candidates alike. This will include calling and visiting clients, interviewing candidates and sourcing suitable vacancies for them. This is a sales role and your will have the inept ability to identify and more importantly create a need for your service.
Profile:
You will have a natural flair for sales, and thrive when working towards targets. This role offers you the opportunity to control both your earning potential and future progression.
