Collections Account Manager

About our client:

Our client is a leading receivables business based in Worthing.

Description:

In the role of Collection Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • ensuring accounts are up to date
  • manage collection activity on all accounts
  • analyse payment problems
  • negotiate payment plans

Profile:

We are interested to hear from candidates who have knowledge of collections and is confident on the telephone.

This role is a Monday to Friday permanent position with hours of work being 8:30am until 4:30pm one week and 12 noon until 8pm the following week with one in three Saturday and one in four Sunday mornings with time off in lieu.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

Our client offers a basic salary of £16,000 plus realistically achievable targeted bonuses.
