Accounts Clerk

Cardiff • Permanent • £14000 - £15000

 

About our client:

My client is a small privately owned business that has seen growth over the last couple of years. Based in Cardiff primarily but offices that spread further a field. They are looking for an Accounts Clerk to support the back office duties.

Description:

You will be required to do :

·         Purchase Ledger Clerk

·         Batching, coding and posting invoices approx 1500 per month onto Sage line 50

·         Cash reconciliations daily

·         Supplier reconciliations and handling all queries via telephone

·         Stock reports

·         Updating employee records

·         Ad hoc administration duties in the office

 

 

Profile:

         Excellent communication essential

·         Good Excel knowledge as most reports are on spreadsheets

·         A can do attitude and hands on approach

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
