About our client:

My client, is one of the top Investment Banks with impressive offices based in the City of London and near London Bridge 

Description:

A FANTASTIC opportunity to join this leading Investment Bank as a Team Administrator within their Technology division at their new offices near London Bridge.

The role will be supported a team of 100+ within the Technology division. The Team Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Diary management for some senior managers if required 
  • Responsible for general departmental administration such as booking meeting rooms and ordering stationery  
  • Absence administration - responsibility for tracking staff movements through the internal holiday system and maintaining accurate records for holiday and sickness  
  • Arranging domestic and foreign travel for departmental staff; tracking trips on internal systems to make sure budgets are adhered to   
  • Sending out weekly documents
  • Provide cover for other team admin staff
  • Act as focal point for information flow, both into and out of team, including maintenance of key distribution lists / mail groups  
  • Support team in booking systems eg: desk space, performance  
  • Ad hoc support as required  

Profile:

My client is looking for the incumbent to have the following:

  • previous Investment Banking experience essential
  • experience of supporting a large team of 70 +
  • prior knowledge of working within a Technology department
  • MS Office - advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to cope with a heavy work-load

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
