Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for both winning and delivering business solutions into companies ranging from exciting start-ups through to large corporates. This is an office based role where the majority of your selling is done over the phone however the ability to present and close deals face to face is essential. You will work as part of a team of around five other Sales Executives who like you, will have a bespoke list of clients and geography that they will be tasked with targeting. The training this company offers really is first class and prepares new starters to be able to converse successfully with decision makers and business leaders. Successful candidates will look to ‘win’ on every call and will pride themselves on their ability to spot angles. This role is both diverse and challenging where day plans are often thrown in the bin by 10am as priorities change! No two days are the same but the consistent values of hard work, commitment and resilience are.
Profile:
This is an office based role and as such you will need to be based close to the location named above. Teamwork is a fundamental value within this business however as with all sales roles, your individual results are what really counts. You must have high degrees of both verbal and numerical dexterity to be successful in this position. You will be of graduate calibre, and have some experience gained in a customer facing environment. Sales experience is very preferable but by no means essential. Some previous successful hires have come from sporting backgrounds where they have become accustomed to working hard and a winning mentality. Others have started their careers in call centres or customer service roles and have reached a point where they were looking for a role with greater breadth and earning potential. Ultimately, we want people who are keen to develop a career, earn well and work hard.
