< The Role Working for Page Personnel you will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market. Using your sales skills, you will need to develop strong client relationships, work closely with your candidates to understand their motivations and career plans, and successfully convert new clients through commercial planning. Our role is not just matching candidates with clients. It’s about sales – selling the company you are working with to your candidates, influencing clients as to who is the best candidate for the job and why, as well as identifying and overcoming concerns of both parties.

Who we’re looking for It’s a fun job, but to be successful you need to be inquisitive, self motivated and have a passionate desire to achieve and build your career. You will receive extensive classroom and on the job training coupled with the personal development you are looking for - in return we need you to enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target driven environment and to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. You don’t need to have prior recruitment experience just the right attitude and determination. A proven track record within solution sales or business development would be an advantage, but key is a track record of high achievement either in or out of work.
