Finance Team Leader

This role is to assist in the management of the accounts receivable function.
You would be responsible for ensuring that the aged debt balances are within target
Keeping loss recoverables under aged debtor days of 90
Ensuring intercompany differences are kept to a minimum
Preparing and commenting on variances to budget
Preparing and commenting on cashflow budgets and forecasts
Training and support staff
Setting and maintaining KPIs and deadlines
Who we're looking for
You must have a background within the Insurance industry and you must have experience of managing a team in a similar environment.
You should have strong Excel knowledge and be used to working to tight deadlines.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
